TTF Mumbai Returned to the Travel Tradeshow Calendar with Energy and Enthusiasm

TTF Mumbai made its much-awaited return to the travel tradeshow calendar, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) on 11, 12, and 13 August 2025. Mumbai, being the financial capital, remained a key market for India’s domestic and international travel. Its high travel demand and connectivity continued to make it a prime market for tourism businesses looking to expand their reach.

This year, TTF was relaunched as the second show within the calendar year, ahead of the prime Diwali holiday season. TTF focused on domestic tourism as a specialised market, while OTM, organised in Q1 at the same venue, largely catered to outbound and international travel.

TTF Mumbai was an exclusively B2B event, bringing together 500+ exhibitors, including tourism boards, hotels, airlines, DMCs, and more. The show hosted 10,000+ travel professionals under one roof. Strategically scheduled right before the Diwali holiday season and hosted at Mumbai’s most prestigious venue, it provided an unmatched setting for high-impact networking and deal-making, as exhibitors showcased packages tailored to the needs of the Indian market.

TTF served as an ideal platform for travel trade professionals and exhibitors to connect, network, and grow their business with deals made on the show floor. The 2025 edition saw participation from 20+ Indian States and UTs and 10+ countries.

The inauguration of TTF Mumbai took place in the august presence of Chief Guests Ms. Diya Kumari, Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Mr. Rajesh Yadav (IAS), Principal Secretary of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan. Mr. Mohamad Farouk, Regional Director, India Tourism Mumbai, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, was also present, along with travel industry leaders, association heads, and members of the media in large numbers.

TTF Mumbai brought together a diverse lineup of state tourism boards, including those from Maharashtra (Host State), Goa, Rajasthan, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Meghalaya, along with India Tourism and many more.

Leading private exhibitors such as Treat Hotels & Resorts, Quality Holidays & Cars, Evoke Experiences, Trulyy India Hotels & Resorts, Kesarbagh Palace Resort & Spa, The Paul Hotels & Resorts, Glodival, Elite Hospitality, Levelup Hotels, Alcon Victor Group, The Divine Hills Resort – Udaipur, Xandari Resorts, Coffee Day Hotels & Resorts, Rhythm Hospitality, Hotel Sonar Bangla, Lal Bagh Ranakpur, Jungle Homes, and Kananwas Resort Kumbhalgarh showcased their best offerings, ranging from luxury stays and heritage resorts to adventure travel experiences.

TTF Mumbai 2025 was held with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, which had a significant presence at the show. Maharashtra Tourism, as the Host State, extended its full endorsement, further enhancing the event’s prominence and impact.

Over the three days, the event provided extensive networking opportunities and a diverse range of travel products and services from across India, ensuring a high-quality environment for exhibitors and buyers to establish valuable business connections.

Mr. Sanjiv Agarwal, Chairman and CEO of Fairfest Media, remarked:

“We were thrilled to bring TTF back to Mumbai after a gap of six years, and this time at the iconic Jio World Convention Centre. The energy and enthusiasm among exhibitors and buyers were palpable. With over 500 exhibitors from across India and around the world, and 10,000+ travel professionals attending, TTF Mumbai 2025 became a regular annual platform for business and collaboration before the important Diwali season. I warmly invited all travel trade professionals to be part of this grand comeback.”

Ms. Diya Kumari, Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, said:

“It was a pleasure to be at TTF Mumbai and be part of such a vibrant gathering of the travel and tourism fraternity. This platform played an important role in connecting people, ideas, and opportunities, while showcasing the diversity of our country. For Rajasthan’s tourism, it was a wonderful opportunity to share our rich heritage, vibrant culture, colourful festivals, wildlife, wellness retreats, and culinary traditions with a wider audience. As a government, we saw ourselves as facilitators, ensuring world-class infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, and a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors. With initiatives such as our Tourism Unit Policy and the upcoming Film Policy, we aimed to make Rajasthan not only a preferred destination for travellers but also for filmmakers from around the world. Mumbai, with its strong corporate presence and film industry, was an important market for us, and TTF Mumbai gave us the chance to inspire more people to discover and experience the many treasures our state had to offer.”

Mumbai: The Heart of Travel’s Growth Story

Mumbai’s travel infrastructure saw remarkable post-pandemic growth. The airport also recorded its busiest day ever on December 21st, with 170,000+ passengers. With continued demand on key international routes, Mumbai reaffirmed its role as India’s most connected travel hub.

Thoughtfully curated to ensure exceptional quality and participation, TTF Mumbai 2025 proved to be a vital platform for strategic networking, business development, and market expansion in India’s evolving travel landscape.
