This year, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific will deliver an enhanced educational programme in collaboration with top industry leaders, focusing on well-being, sustainability, and purposeful engagement. The sessions aim to inspire MICE and business travel professionals to integrate these values into event design and travel planning through dynamic discussions and interactive experiences.

Three Days of Insightful Programming
From 23–25 September, delegates will experience keynote addresses, roundtables, and expert-led discussions that promote innovation, resilience, and collaboration in business events and corporate travel. The programme aligns with TCEB’s “Meet Well” campaign, promoting mindful and rejuvenating travel experiences.

Highlights include:

  • 23 Sept: Shaping the Future of Travel by Noor Ahmad Hamid, CEO, PATA, plus Pulse Check: Well-Being in Events and Business Travel, moderated by David Barrett with panellists from Phuket’s Sustainable Tourism Development Foundation, Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket, and Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok.

  • 24 Sept: INSIDE MICE by the Global MICE Collaborative, offering a data-driven industry outlook, and ICCA’s Power of Collaboration on cross-sector partnerships for sustainable growth.

  • 25 Sept: Beyond Nutrition by Tastebud Lab on food as a wellness driver, Meet the Corporate networking session by GBTA, and Bleisure & Hush Trips panel discussions.

Empowering the Next Generation
PATA will host a youth-focused session, “Empowering the Next Generation of Tourism Leaders,” bridging academic learning with real-world skills in leadership, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Fast-Track Networking & Pre-Event Tours
A BizMatch and Meet segment will connect buyers and exhibitors through rapid 5-minute meetings, concluding with an exclusive networking break.

Pre-event highlights include:

  • Lost Plate Food Tour for 20 buyers and media, exploring Bangkok’s artistic districts, markets, and local eateries via tuk-tuk.
