Ventive Hospitality launches YA:LA, a new Destination for Levantine Social Dining

Ventive Hospitality Ltd has announced the launch of YA:LA, a Levantine restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, adding another luxury food and beverage offering to its hospitality portfolio. The design draws on the earthy palette and craft traditions of the Levant, translated into a contemporary setting.

Ventive’s expertise in hospitality stems from a deep, decades-long association with curating experiences that define their cities. From planning and conceptualizing restaurants to executing them as benchmark properties, Ventive has set a gold standard in how F&B spaces are designed, operated, and evolved.

At the helm of YA:LA's kitchen is Lebanese Head Chef Mohamad Hammady, whose menu draws from the culinary traditions of the Levant while exploring their connections with neighbouring regions. Rooted in familiar flavours and techniques, the dishes bring together traditional preparations and contemporary interpretations, with an emphasis on food meant to be shared.  The journey continues at the bar, where the flavours of the Mediterranean inspire a cocktail programme built around herbs, citrus, spice and unexpected combinations.

Commenting on the launch, Ranjit Batra, CEO, Ventive Hospitality Ltd, said: “Food and beverage has always been very close to me personally, and it has been an important part of how we think about hospitality at Ventive. We have always stayed ahead of the curve by setting new trends. YALA is very much a reflection of that approach. It has been created with deep respect for the food, culture, music and people who gather around its tables. The restaurant celebrates the stories we bring with us and the new ones created along the way.”

YA:LA further broadens the luxury hospitality offering at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, supporting Ventive’s approach to asset enhancement and long-term value creation.
