What’s New at IT&CM Asia 2025

The 33rd edition of IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific returns to Bangkok from 23 to 25 September, bringing together the world’s top MICE, Association, and Corporate buyers from over 50 countries and territories. With more than 1,000 delegates expected, this year’s event promises an enhanced experience with new zones, interactive engagements, and cultural showcases that reflect the evolving face of Asia-Pacific’s MICE industry.

New Additions to Watch Out For

  • Tech & Engagement Zone: A debut feature designed for hands-on exploration of the latest event technologies and platforms. Delegates can discover how innovations can seamlessly integrate into future meetings, incentives, and conventions.

  • Sea & Air Zone: For the first time, this dedicated area spotlights airlines and cruises, offering planners integrated travel solutions and opportunities to connect with key industry players.

  • Special Hosted Luncheons & Evening Experiences:

    • Pattaya MICE City and Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) will host exclusive luncheons for select buyers.

    • Goyang CVB, Pullman Bangkok King Power, and King Power Mahanakhon will treat guests to an evening of casual dining, cultural experiences, and a showcase at Bangkok’s iconic observation deck.

  • Brand Showcase Spotlight: Leading names such as Singapore EXPO, TCEB, Macao SAR, Hengqin Economic Development Bureau, Korea Tourism Organization, and Gevme will unveil their latest strategies and innovations, offering delegates a glimpse into the future of global MICE.

  • Asia Ability Gamification: IT&CMA. Game On: Returning with expanded challenges, the exhibition hall transforms into an interactive game floor where attendees complete tasks, rise on leaderboards, and win prizes—all while networking in an engaging new way.

In addition, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is enhancing the event’s experiential edge by offering cultural workshops, allowing delegates to take a break from business and immerse in authentic Thai traditions.

With these new elements, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2025 is not only strengthening its role as the region’s leading MICE showcase but also redefining how business events blend innovation, networking, and culture.
