Chalet Hotels announced the acquisition of ‘COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT ARAVALI RESORT, NCR

Chalet Hotels Limited (CHL) is set to redefine the leisure landscape with its latest addition, the 'COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT ARAVALI RESORT, NCR (CYMA).' This 158-room retreat sprawls over 14 acres, promising an elevated experience for leisure travelers and event enthusiasts alike.

Inking the deal on February 29, 2024, CHL is now a proud partner in 'Ayushi and Poonam estates LLP,' the proud owner of CYMA. The transaction, valued at INR 3,150 MN, further solidifies CHL's commitment to expanding its footprint in the leisure domain. Hotelivate played a pivotal role as the transaction advisor for the sellers.

Since its inauguration in June 2022, CYMA has emerged as the top choice for leisure seekers, MICE events, and destination weddings. Nestled strategically within a 1.5-hour drive from New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, the resort offers seamless access to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

As of YTD December FY24, the property boasts an impressive Average Daily Rate (ADR) of Rs ~13,500 with an occupancy rate of 44%.

Beyond the luxurious accommodations, CYMA boasts a diverse dining experience with an all-day dining restaurant, a bar & lounge, a pool bar, and a pan-Asian restaurant. The resort also features a fully-equipped gym, a rejuvenating spa, a refreshing pool, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Adventure enthusiasts can indulge in on-premises offerings such as ziplining, quad biking, automated paintball arenas, artificial climbing, horse riding, camel carts, and more.
