Kerala Travel Mart (KTM), India’s largest tourism and hospitality industry event, will be held in Kochi from September 24 to 27, 2026. The 13th edition of the prestigious mart is expected to further strengthen Kerala’s position as a leading global tourism destination.

Announcing this at a press conference, Tourism Minister Shri P.A. Mohamed Riyas said the event will feature extensive business-to-business (B2B) meetings, policy-level discussions and seminars, with participation from leading industry stakeholders and national and international experts. The core B2B meetings will be conducted from September 25 to 27 at the Sagara and Samudrika Convention Centres on Willingdon Island.

KTM 2026 is set to attract over 400 international buyers and more than 1,500 domestic buyers, including hosted buyers and high-value MICE and wedding planners. The Kerala Travel Mart Society, which organises the event, will focus on expanding participation from new markets while strengthening engagement from existing ones.

The Minister noted that KTM 2026 will feature over 400 seller stalls and facilitate more than 60,000 pre-scheduled B2B meetings over three days. Emphasising the role of tour operators and travel agents in tourism development, he described KTM as an ideal platform for showcasing Kerala’s diverse tourism potential and driving innovation in the sector.

During the event, Shri Riyas launched the promotional video of KTM 2026, while Kerala Tourism Secretary Shri Biju K unveiled the revamped website of the Kerala Travel Mart Society. KTM Society President Shri Jose Pradeep stated that all processes, including registration, B2B meetings and seminars, will be fully digitised through a dedicated software platform and mobile application.

Post-event tours are scheduled from September 28 to October 3 across twelve sectors, while familiarisation tours for invited domestic and international media will be organised ahead of the mart.

KTM 2024 witnessed a record participation of 2,839 buyers from 76 countries, underlining the growing global significance of the event.
