Perceptive Ideas – Consulting Engineers proudly announces the successful completion of its structural consultancy role for Aurika, Mumbai International Airport – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels. This project is one of India’s most distinguished luxury hospitality developments. The landmark property is strategically located in Mumbai’s bustling Skycity area. It is just minutes away from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s Terminal 2. 

Aurika is an ultra-luxury project with 669 well-appointed rooms and suites, offering amenities such as fine dining venues, expansive banqueting and conferencing spaces. Perceptive Ideas has supported with structural consultancy & Design for this project and provided a comprehensive range of structural engineering services to lay the foundation of the project and to support the architect's ambitious architectural vision. The services include: the development of efficient foundation design; creation of a durable structural system capable of supporting heavy loading, and interfacing with various types of MEP and Architectural systems so they work in unison.  ensuring the overall structural integrity, safety, and long-term use of the project.
