India Showcases Its Diverse Tourism Strengths  at WTM London 2025

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, is participating in the World Travel Market (WTM) 2025 in London from 4–6 November at ExCeL London, with a strong delegation of around 30 stakeholders, including State Tourism Boards, UT Administrations, leading inbound tour operators, and IRCTC. The India Pavilion highlights the country’s vibrant cultural heritage, diverse landscapes, and its growing appeal in spiritual, adventure, wellness, and rural tourism.

States participating alongside Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Delhi, Chandigarh, and IRCTC include Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. Each is showcasing distinctive tourism offerings while engaging with global buyers and industry partners.

The India Pavilion was inaugurated on 4 November by the Deputy High Commissioner of India to the UK, together with the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, in the presence of Smt. Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Tourism Ministers from Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh.

India welcomed 20.57 million international tourist arrivals in 2024, with strong growth from key markets such as the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore, and Canada. As travel rebounds globally, India’s participation at WTM reinforces its commitment to expanding international reach and strengthening global tourism partnerships.
