Bringing together culinary expertise and tradition, the festival features a special collaboration between Chef Dhanashrie Ingle, founder of Bandra's renowned The Little Kolhapur, and Chef Amit Sonawane of Le Méridien Navi Mumbai. Together, they have curated a menu that celebrates generations-old family recipes, authentic Kolhapuri spices, and time-honoured cooking techniques, delivering an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
