Southern Africa 360 Expands India Presence with Two Strategic Representation Appointments for 2026

Southern Africa 360 (Pty) Ltd has reinforced its focus on the Indian outbound travel market with the appointment of two specialised representation partners for 2026. Footprints Worldwide Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. has been named the exclusive India representative for MICE 360, while Benchmark Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. will represent Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays and Southern Africa 360 Exclusive Tours in India.

These strategic appointments underscore Southern Africa 360’s long-term vision to deepen engagement with India’s fast-growing outbound segment, strengthen trade relationships, and provide efficient, on-ground support to travel partners across the country.

Footprints Worldwide to Represent MICE 360

Southern Africa 360 has entered into a Marketing & Representation Agreement with Footprints Worldwide to represent MICE 360, the group’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events division. The mandate will be led by Ms. Mamta Pall, who will spearhead national sales outreach, trade presentations, participation at key industry events, and close coordination with the MICE 360 operations team in Southern Africa.

MICE 360 specialises in bespoke incentive programmes, corporate meetings, conferences, and group travel solutions across Southern Africa, backed by a robust supplier network throughout the region.

Southern Africa 360 has also appointed Benchmark Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. as its exclusive India representative for Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays and Southern Africa 360 Exclusive Tours. The representation will be led by Mr. Savio Pereira, who will drive nationwide sales, trade engagement, and business development for both divisions.

To further enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless trade support, Ms. Madhuri Tandlekar has been promoted to Country Head – Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays & Exclusive Tours. In her expanded role, she will oversee the in-country operations team and work closely with Benchmark’s sales force. Her responsibilities will include itinerary support, product training, agent servicing, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring quick turnaround times and strong operational delivery.

Benchmark and Southern Africa 360 will function as a unified entity in India, combining Benchmark’s sales expertise with Madhuri’s operational leadership to deliver a responsive, knowledgeable, and service-driven support system for the trade.
